We recognise the sensitive nature of your complaint and will listen with sympathy. We also understand that you might not want to sue, and can advise you about how best to make a complaint. Specific areas of expertise include birth injury claims, and claims involving fatality. We regularly represent families at inquests.
We offer a free initial interview service and make home visits to clients who live a long way away or who have mobility problems. We have been awarded a specialist 'Quality Mark', by the Legal Services Commission. As a result we can act for clients who are financially eligible for public funding (legal aid). We also offer conditional fee agreement ("no win no fee") funding and frequently act for clients funded by a legal expenses policy.
